What BidWiz Does

BidWiz holds the agreement between you and your client — formed in conversation, confirmed in writing, and kept faithful through every milestone, prerequisite, and invoice until the work is done.

The agreement is captured live during discovery as a structured Intent Map: client-confirmed scope, constraints, stakeholders, definition of done, and budget. From there, every downstream artifact derives from the same source of truth — proposal, contract, project board, invoice schedule, archive — so nothing is retyped, nothing is relitigated, and every later disagreement is settled by going back to what was agreed.

Built first for the solo strategic-consultant practice — milestone-paid, multi-stakeholder, scope-creep-prone — and equally at home for custom-software shops, design studios, marketing agencies, ghostwriters, and fractional executives whose Tuesday morning looks the same.

How It Works

1. Understand — Capture what the client actually said. The Intent Map becomes the agreement everything else inherits from.
2. Bid — A contract-grade proposal generated from the agreement, not from a template. Conditional payment terms encoded structurally.
3. Execute — The board materializes the moment the proposal is accepted. Prerequisites, stakeholders, and acceptance windows are system rules, not interpersonal conflicts.
4. Complete — Delivery measured against the agreement. Retainer offered, case study drafted, archive sealed — all triggered, none forgotten.
