From first conversation to final payment.

Assenta holds the agreement between you and your client: written down, time-stamped, signed off, and kept faithful through every milestone, prerequisite and invoice. One place, all the way through.

One email when access opens. We don’t sell or share your address.

What it costs you now

The agreement lives in six places, so it lives nowhere.

Half of it is in an email thread. Some is in a call nobody wrote down. The rest is in a proposal that stopped being true in week three. Every gap between those places is where your margin goes.

The silent client

You sent it eleven days ago. You have no idea whether they read it, and asking again feels like begging.

The creep you swallowed

“Quick extra” four times over. Each one was small. Together they were three unpaid weeks, and you never wrote any of it down.

The invoice you sat on

The work landed in March. You still have not billed it, because chasing feels worse than waiting.

How it works

One agreement, carried the whole way.

These are not stages you have to complete in order. They are places for things to live, so nothing you agreed to goes missing while you are busy doing the work.

Understand

Capture what the client actually said, in their words. It becomes the agreement everything downstream inherits from.

Bid

A contract-grade proposal assembled from that agreement, never from a blank template you fill in on a Thursday night.

Execute

The board appears the moment the proposal is accepted. Prerequisites and review windows become system rules, not awkward conversations.

Complete

Delivery measured against what was agreed. Final invoice released by acceptance, and the whole engagement sealed as a record.

The record

When they say “that was always included”, you have the receipt.

Every change is captured as it happens: what changed, who asked, when, and what it does to the price. Not to win an argument, but so the conversation is about facts you both already saw.

Assenta never confronts your client on its own. It shows you what the record says, and you decide whether to use it.

Structure, not goodwill

Getting paid stops being a conversation you dread.

Payment terms are encoded in the agreement itself. Discounted work can require full payment up front. A milestone invoice is released by acceptance, not by you working up the nerve to send it.

The delivery board appears the moment your proposal is accepted, already carrying what you promised, so nobody rebuilds the scope by hand and quietly loses half of it.

Built for

People who sell work, then have to deliver it.

Solo strategic consultants

Milestone-paid expert engagements with B2B clients. The proposal slog is what quietly eats your year.

Custom software and design studios

Bespoke builds, branding, UX. Multi-stakeholder approvals and prerequisite-gated timelines, all riding on email.

Specialist practices

Marketing, SEO, ghostwriting, fractional executives. Same scope-creep tax, same answer.

Where it stops

Assenta is deliberately not everything.

Not a CRM

No lead generation, no bulk email. It starts once you have a real conversation.

Not issue tracking

The board carries status and acceptance, not a thousand granular tickets.

Not your payment processor

Stripe, ACH, or Zelle. The money moves between you and your client.

Assenta is opening slowly, on purpose.

We are letting people in a few at a time so every early account gets looked after properly. Leave your address and we will come and get you when there is room.
